WHAT'S INSIDE
YOUR SUPPLIES
To get ready for "Hand Lettering for the Creative Soul," you will need the following supplies...
- Pencil - I prefer standard #2 pencils for lettering because the lead doesn’t break as often. This is personal preference.
- Loose Paper - You’ve probably got some of this laying around, or if you have a sketchbook, tear some pages out.
- Ruler - You’ve probably got one of these, too. Any straight-edge will do.
- Tracing Paper - This was a game-changer for when I started working in layers.
- Felt-Tipped No-Bleed Markers - For tracing your final pieces. The no-bleed is crucial - this will keep your line edges from spreading past your intentional marks.
- Sharpener - In case you don’t have one already and you purchase shiny new #2 pencils.
- Eraser - For those marks you just can’t live with.
